3. The Final Payment Of:($30,000)-Profit REWARD:Will be paid to the Investor From the proceeds from : The Sale Settlement - of the first (2 )Penthouses.

SECURITY For the Investor is provided to the Investor,by the Registration of Caveat over the Project Title.And the Investor at no time has any responsibility relating to the project.

TRANSFER Of Units: An Investor is permitted to sell and transfer the purchased Units.Provided the consent in writing of Aston Capital is first obtained.
The TRUST Is Managed to the highest standard equivalent to a: Legal Practice Trust Account .
