HOW IT WORKS :
(1) When you buy into an Aston Capital:-Private- Unlisted Investment Trust, you buy a (Unit of Investment) in a Trust that holds a specific investment property, managed by: Aston Capital Commercial.
This means you are an Investor in Units and you will not have to take care of the day to say management of the Investment Project.
(2) The BENEFITS are that the Investor receives:Specific Bonus Earnings as detailed in: INVESTMENT Summary ‘A’ above. - The INITIAL Investment Units ,are REPAID to the Investor ,as detailed in: INVESTMENT Summary ‘A’ above.

( a) Pre Purchase ASSESSMENT of the Specific Site for : Investment and Development is carried out by the: Aston Capital Management ,with due Consultation with close link( long term) associates namely:-
Town Planner:
(1) Principal senior Town Planner.
Marketing and Sales Agency:
(2) Senior principal Specialist marketing and Sales agent ,with specific skills in : Off The Plan Apartments / Residences- Pre Sales. - His function is to Assess the End Values of the Apartment / Residences. - He also makes Specific Input into the appropriate design features for the Site/ Location selected for the development. * He also makes an assessment of the : Best External and Internal Design : features and finishes as appropriate and required for each separate project location selected.
Build Company :
(c)A close long term association with a commercial building company and its Principal/ director, who specialise in High End Residential Apartments projects.
(d) Architectural Firm :
A close link with the architectural team ( 2 principals), who are both High End Projects designers- and both with Masters of Architecture qualifications.
(e) Project Lender:
Aston Capital has a close long term link with the principal of a very large Projects Developments Lender -base in Sydney NSW. Operating since 2000.
- This Lender group has approved our Build Company link,and its projects history and financials for lending purposes to : Aston Capital Projects in Melbourne High End locations.
