After the Actual start of build works.

-The Profit Return( on the Investment Unit) is prioritised and paid to the Investor before the Aston Capital Investment Trust receives any profits from the project.
SECURITY For the Investor is provided to the Investor,by the Registration of Caveat over the Project Title.And the Investor at no time has any responsibility relating to the project.
LIMITED Investment Units are available for the current project.
TRANSFER Of Units: An Investor is permitted to sell and transfer the purchased Units.Provided the consent in writing of Aston Capital is first obtained.
The TRUST Is Managed to the highest standard equivalent to a: Legal Practice Trust Account .
